Raisin the Bar is the first of J's line of top-shelf "Spirited Sauces." We wanted to start off with something a little sweet, touched with just the right amount of spice to accompany an XO cognac and golden raisins. Then we grilled a bunch of Habaneros and Vidalia onions to accent the roasted garlic. We finished the sauce with Ghost pepper and baking spices to really bring out the characteristics of the cognac.
