Where are your products made?
Every item sold on USA Handmade is crafted by independent artisans across the United States. We pride ourselves on supporting local craftsmanship and domestic production.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made-to-order, processing times vary by artisan. Generally, orders ship within 3-7 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-5 days via standard shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we exclusively ship within the United States and its territories to ensure the lowest possible carbon footprint and to support our local logistics partners.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom or personalized commissions are non-refundable.
Can I request a custom order?

How do I care for my handmade items?
Care instructions vary by material and maker. Each shipment includes a detailed care card from the artisan to help you maintain the quality and longevity of your unique purchase.
